Das Blasse-Bauch-Problem ist real

Arme top, Beine haben Farbe, Schultern golden — und dann der Bauch. Noch blass. Bauchhaut ist dünner und hat weniger Melanocyten als Arme, Beine und Rücken. Plus: Im Alltag fast immer bedeckt.

Positionierung ist alles

Wenn du flach liegst und die Sonne schräg steht, bekommt der Bauch kaum direktes UV. Morgens: Oberkörper leicht aufrichten. Mittags: Flach liegen ist ok. Und: Entspannen! Bauchmuskel nicht anspannen — Falten erzeugen Schatten.

Mind. 10-15 Min extra auf dem Rücken. Manche machen dedizierte Bauch-Sessions.

Peelen und Eincremen

Vorher peelen für gleichmäßige UV-Aufnahme. Morgens und abends eincremen — hydratisierte Haut bräunt besser.

Nicht vergleichen

Der Bauch wird fast immer etwas heller sein als Arme oder Beine. Das ist Biologie. Selbstbräuner auf dem Bauch an Ruhetagen kann helfen.
